Wind Creek Montgomery Hotel Renovation

This fast-paced renovation project at the 4-story Wind Creek Montgomery Hotel and Casino involved the complete demolition and remodel of 123 hotel rooms across 4 levels. The work included full updates to interior finishes, select furnishings, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, data and lighting, flooring, wall coverings, and bathrooms. Room types included single, double, ADA-accessible rooms, and suites, each with varying layouts to meet different guest needs. The project also featured a complete renovation of the corridors and elevator lobbies on each floor. To minimize guest disruption, the work was carefully phased, with 2 floors completed and turned over to the owner at a time. This approach allowed the hotel to remain open and operational while prioritizing safety and convenience.
