Moniac Townhomes

The $3.4 million 32,180 square foot townhomes, consists of five buildings with 20 total 2-bedroom units on 2.25 acres. The project includes site work, shallow foundation, conventional slab-on-grade, wood framing, fiber cement/brick exterior, shingle roofing and premium finishes. The project was successfully completed one month ahead of schedule and credit to the collaboration of the Rolin management team, owner and architect.
