This Fast track project contract totaled roughly $190,000,000. The Wind Creek Casino & Hotel located in Wetumpka Alabama is located on a 20+ acre site overlooking the Coosa River. The casino gaming floor is approximately 125,000 square feet and features over 2,600 gaming machines. The hotel is a 21 story post-tensioned concrete structure with a cladding combination of a curtainwall system, stone and EIFS. This project was a joint venture partnership with Flintco.
