In 2017, Rolin Construction proudly completed the construction of the TownePlace Suites Marriott hotel. Strategically situated adjacent to the bustling OWA Amusement Park and Sports Complex in Foley, Alabama, this remarkable GMP, CMAR, Fast-Track hotel boasts 150 rooms spread across four stories, catering to extended stays. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, this hotel offerings included an indoor pool, a stylish bar, an outdoor patio equipped with a grill and fire pit, exercise room and guest laundry facilities. The four story-structure included concrete construction, exterior metal stud framing with masonry and EIFS crowned with a TPO roof. Notably, this Foley establishment represents Marriott’s cutting-edge approach to hotel design, serving as the inaugural showcase of their latest flagship concept inspired by the industrial warehouse aesthetic.
