The Lodge at Gulf State Park Pool

Rolin Construction completed the pool and amenity improvements at The Lodge at Gulf State Park in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Located directly on the Gulf Coast, the project transformed the resort’s outdoor recreation area into an enhanced destination for hotel guests while preserving the natural beauty of the beachfront setting. The project included construction of a new 7,500-square-foot pool and pool deck, new shade canopies, extensive landscaping improvements, renovations to the existing boardwalk, and the construction of a new poolside bar with a full interior build-out. Additional improvements included new men’s and women’s restroom facilities, upgraded site utilities, and associated infrastructure enhancements throughout the pool complex. Working within an active hospitality environment required careful scheduling, coordination, and attention to guest experience. The completed project delivers a modern, resort-style amenity space that complements the Lodge’s coastal setting and provides visitors with an elevated outdoor experience along Alabama’s Gulf Coast.
