Starbucks Wind Creek

This Project consisted of the complete demolition of an existing coffee shop and replacement with a Starbucks coffee shop inside of a 24-hour operating casino. In addition to all new flooring, casework, kitchen equipment, casework, mechanical electrical and plumbing, the project included numerous slab penetrations where active gaming cabling was located. Rolin was able to perform all work with zero interruption to casino operations.
