Location: Orange Beach, AL
Rolin Construction completed Phase II of the Orange Beach Wildlife Center. Building out the shell constructed in Phase I, Rolin constructed 2,882 SF of interior build out. The space included exam and triage rooms, animal rehab areas, isolation and treatment zones, a dedicated kitchen and laundry for animal care. In addition, A 514 square foot mezzanine was added for smart storage, utility, with the integration of wood framed interiors, and specialized mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
