Orange Beach Field House

Rolin Construction delivered a new ground up 3,200 SF Field House facility serving the Orange Beach High School softball and baseball programs. The single story structure featured CMU and wood framing, high wind metal roofing, and fiber cement siding, housing locker rooms, coaches offices, training areas, equipment storage, and ADA compliant restrooms. The project also included full utility tieins, grading, and site access improvements, all executed adjacent to active athletic fields.
