Project Size: 60,000 sq ft 10+ acre site
Construction of two 30,000 SF East and West Warehouses for Riviera Utilities in Foley, Alabama on an accelerated construction schedule to support their crew’s critical response missions. The project included the construction of two pre-engineered metal buildings, all buildout, MEPs, finishes and related site work. Each building featured interior warehouse space, office space, and crew quarters.
