Legends Theater

This project encompassed the comprehensive build-out of an 18,000-square-foot tenant space to house a state-of-the-art live show theater. The projected included an expansive lobby that accommodated both retail and concession spaces The theater itself features seating for 420 guests and boasts cutting-edge stage and lighting systems. Key elements of the theater included modern theater, a mezzanine level interior and exterior signage, a ticketing area, pre-function spaces and comprehensive back-of-house support area.
