John L. LeFlore Magnet High School

Rolin Construction successfully delivered a multi-phase renovation and expansion at LeFlore Magnet High School in Mobile, Alabama.
Phase I added more than 60,000 square feet of new construction, including modern classrooms and a contemporary administration wing, along with 100,000 square feet of renovations to the auditorium, pool, and two gymnasiums.
Phase II brought an additional 18,000 square feet of improvements, featuring new science labs, a mock courtroom, and expanded classroom space. The final phase culminated in the completion of a six-lane competition pool, transforming the campus into a state-of-the-art facility for both academics and athletics.
Commissioned by Mobile County Public Schools and designed by Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood, this nearly $55 million investment represented a major step forward for the community.
