This high-visibility 28,000 square-foot project, executed on an active college campus, was completed in three meticulously coordinated phases, highlighting its complexity. The initial phase focused on comprehensive site preparation and selective demolition, followed by the construction of a new IT building. To ensure uninterrupted student learning during construction, a temporary classroom facility was established inside the facility and relocated accordingly during construction. Extensive renovations were carried out on the Branch and Tyson Buildings, including the removal of all exterior building skins, replacement of waterproofing and new masonry. Both facilities underwent complete renovation of interior upgrades of walls, millwork, flooring along with an updated mechanical and electrical system, major restroom enhancements, and a complete roof replacement. Through careful planning and precise execution, this project not only modernized the campus infrastructure but also significantly enhanced the learning environment for students and faculty ultimately elevating the overall educational experience.
