Coastal Alabama Community College | Building E Renovation

Rolin Construction recently completed the renovation of Building E at Coastal Alabama Community College’s Atmore campus, transforming approximately 12,000 square feet of existing space into a modern facility for rural healthcare training and workforce development. The project included three new classroom and laboratory spaces, offices, storage areas, restrooms, and improvements to the existing welding shop areas. New mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were installed throughout the facility to support the renovated spaces. The exterior also received a complete update, including a new metal panel exterior skin, storefront entrances and windows, pre-finished aluminum awnings, and new canopy systems. Together, these improvements created a more modern, functional environment for students and faculty while supporting Coastal Alabama Community College’s continued investment in workforce training throughout the region. Rolin Construction is proud to have been part of a project that will help provide students with the hands-on training and resources they need to prepare for careers in healthcare and the skilled trades.
