The Bishop State Community College Advanced Manufacturing Facility project involved developing a state-of-the-art, 80,000 square-foot complex for advanced workforce training. This included constructing a new 45,000 square-foot building featuring a deep pile foundation system with concrete, steel, and masonry elements for robust infrastructure. Additionally, Rolin renovated an existing two-story, 33,000 square-foot building, upgrading its plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems, as well as fire protection and alarm systems, with modern finishes.

The facility includes various specialized areas such as new atriums, manufacturing equipment stations, process technology laboratories, classrooms, operational technology zones, industrial maintenance areas, electronics engineering technology spaces, machine tool technology workshops, additive manufacturing stations, computer-aided drafting and design rooms, fluid power technology areas, and advanced mechatronics and robotics labs. These features collectively provide a comprehensive environment for advanced manufacturing education and workforce development.
