Alabama State Port Authority | International Trade Center Renovation

Rolin Construction completed a 10,000-square-foot renovation at the Port of Mobile’s International Trade Center, creating a modern and functional workplace for the Alabama State Port Authority. The renovation included executive offices, huddle spaces, a new breakroom, reception area, elevator lobby, and two conference spaces. New mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were installed throughout the space, along with a range of custom architectural finishes. The project featured custom millwork, storefront systems, new doors and hardware, unique lighting, decorative ceiling systems, a sliding glass door system, new flooring and wallcoverings, and updated elevator cab finishes. Each element was carefully coordinated to create a cohesive, modern space within the existing facility. With the Port of Mobile serving as a critical gateway for trade and commerce along the Gulf Coast, Rolin Construction is proud to contribute to the continued improvement of one of Alabama’s most important economic assets.
